2026 Winter NFL Flag

This registration is for the Satellite Beach Scorpions Fall 2025 NFL Flag Football program.

We are very excited to continue to offer this amazing opportunity to our community. This is a recreational co-ed flag football league played from October through December. We are looking for kids 5-18 years old with the date of age determined as of July 15, 2026.

Age Groups (Based on Age as of July 15, 2026)

5–6 Year Olds:

Born July 16, 2019 – July 15, 2021

7–8 Year Olds:

Born July 16, 2017 – July 15, 2019

10U

9–10 Year Olds:

Born July 16, 2015 – July 15, 2017

12U

11–12 Year Olds:

Born July 16, 2013 – July 15, 2015

14U

13–14 Year Olds:

Born July 16, 2011 – July 15, 2013

High-School

14–18 Year Olds:

Born July 16, 2007 – July 15, 2012

We need coaches! Every season we need several coaches to help make all this happen. If you have a couple of hours a week to volunteer, we need your help! When you register, click on the Head Coach or Assistant Coach position link. No experience is necessary.

Price $130, this includes game-day jersey, shorts and flags

A mouthpiece and soft helmet are required, cleats are recommended

SBYFCA requires soft helmets for the safety of our kids and to help reduce injuries.. We have partnered with Gamebreaker Helmets, whose helmets are available through the following link: https://gamebreaker.com/shop/satellite-beach-youth-football/

Important Dates

December 1, 2025 - January 14, 2026 - Player registration
January 14, 2026 - Player assessments at Zac Sealey Field 751 Jamaica Drive Satellite Beach, Fl 32937 ages 7-10 6:00pm-7:00pm ages 11-14 7:00pm-8:00pm ages Highschool 8:00pm-9:00pm ages 5-6 do not need to be assessed.
January 16, 2026 -Team Assignments
January 19, 2026 - Winter season begins, typically practices are Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday. At Zac Sealey
January 23, 2026 - Friday evening scrimmages begin at Zac Sealey field (next to the Satellite Beach Public Library). Scrimmages are typically played between 6 and 9 pm.
March 5th and 6th: The season ends with our sponsored bowl game. (email [email protected] if you are interested in being a sponsor)
